Terms and Conditions
1. Prizes offered on Coppergoose.com are also referred to as
“Eggs” on Coppergoose.com
2. Unless indicated in the prize details, all prizes offered on
Coppergoose.com are offered and paid for by the parent company of
Coppergoose.com, Wimpy Analytics LLC. Wimpy Analytics LLC is located at 218
W. 13th Street, Suite 111, Sioux Falls, SD, 57104.
3. Unless otherwise indicated, entries into Coppergoose.com giveaways
are limited by the duration of the contest (typically less than 24 hours).
The odds of winning are not predetermined, and depend on factors such as
contest duration, prize popularity, daily website traffic, and participation
patterns (opt in rate).
4. Coppergoose.com pays for all shipping and handling to prize winners.
There is no financial cost to redeem a won prize.
5. Restrictions: Coppergoose.com participants must:
- Be legal residents of the United States
- Have a shipping address in a US state or Puerto Rico
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account creation
- Hold only one active Coppergoose.com account in their name
6. User participation is limited to one entry per giveaway and may
include 'Karma'.
7. No purchase is necessary to participate in a Coppergoose.com
giveaway.
8. Participation in Coppergoose.com giveaways is void where prohibited
by law
9. To enter a Coppergoose.com giveaway, a valid Coppergoose.com account
is required. Entry is accomplished by visiting the Coppergoose.com homepage
and clicking the “Enter to Win!” button.
10. Selection of Contest Winner(s)
- The winner of each contest is selected at random from the pool of
contest participants
- Winners who apply “Karma” to their entry will be given
one additional entry per “Karma” point applied in their
entry.
- The winner will be selected within 24 hours of the contest end
time.
- Winners will be notified by email.
- If verification of shipping, eligibility, or account status is
required, Coppergoose.com may contact the winner by telephone prior to
shipping the prize.
11. Won prizes must be claimed within 14 days of date the notification
email was sent. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, the user will be
deemed to have forefitted the prize.
12. Coppergoose.com wants each user to have a fair chance of winning;
Therefore we reserve the right to suspend or revoke accounts which we
believe are being used in violation of contest rules. Coppergoose.com
further reserves the right to suspend or revoke accounts at any time and for
any reason.
13. Our Responsibilities to coppergoose.com Participants
- Prizes will be shipped to the user provided address (as submitted
with the "prize claim" form linked to in the winner notification email)
within 30 days of the date the winner was has "claimed" the prize.
- If a prize package is returned to coppergoose.com for any reason, the
winner will be deemed to have forefitted the prize.
- Coppergoose.com is not responsible for any damage to the prize(s)
from shipping.
- All prizes are shipped as-is and without warranty.
- By participating in a Coppergoose.com contest, you agree that
Coppergoose.com will not be held liable for any losses or undelivered prizes
associated with that contest.
14. User Comments and Moderation
- Many areas on coppergoose.com permit user-generated commentary
(comments). You acknowledge that Coppergoose.com is not responsible for the
contents of these user-generated comments, and will not be held liable for
any user-generated content.
- Whether or not they are moderated, the contents of user comments do not
necessarily reflect the views of Coppergoose.com or Wimpy Analytics,
LLC.
- Coppergoose.com reserves the right, without limitation or
justification, to moderate (monitor, delete, and revoke access to creating)
user comments. We can do this however we please. For example, we could allow
the coppergoose user community to moderate, flag, and/or delete comments. We
might also decide to let the goose herself randomly delete her favorite
comments. Don't take it personally.
- Coppergoose.com reserves the right to NOT moderate, monitor, or even
think about comments... but this doesn't mean we like (or dislike) the
contents of said comments. See (14.1, and 14.2).
- Any user posting commentary agrees not to post derogatory, offensive,
defamatory, or inappropriate information. In other words, be polite. Posters
also agree not to use our system for nefarious or illegal activities,
including posting copyrighted materials without the copyright holder's
permission. In other words, don't break the law. Remember that posters are
solely responsible for their posted content, and will therefore be solely
liable for any ramifications (legal or otherwise) stemming from posting this
content (see 14.1, and 14.4).
